What is self-storage?

Self storage is a secure space for you to store items either for a short or long term. Your space is not shared with anyone else and may be used to store any permittable items. Our self storage facilities are available in two formats: a partioned and secure space in one of our warehouses or a container unit in our secure compounds.

What items am I not permitted to store?

Illegal, perishable or flammable items are forbidden.

What do I need to rent self storage?

Two of the following forms of identification are required on registration:

A deposit of one month plus a month in advance will be required on registration (balance refunded by cheque at the end of the hire period). You will require a padlock to secure your unit.

How can I pay for self storage?

Payment is by standing order, cheque, cash and card only.

Can I qualify for a discount if I need long term self storage?

We offer a 5% discount on 6 months' pre-paid hire and 10% discount on 12 months' pre-paid hire.

How much notice do I have to give?

All our units are available on a fortnightly rental basis and we only require two weeks' written notice to vacate.

Who can access my self storage?

You are the only person who has access to your self storage unit. That is why we ask you to bring your own padlock to secure your unit.
